“I just wanted to quick reach out and offer some feedback from our recent purchases and experience with FF1. The Helmetta Fire Department recently obtained a grant that allowed us to purchase SCBA for our members as well as some new equipment from our operating budget. As a small agency, grant funding and streamlined purchasing is vial for our success. Our sales representative, Collin Spezio has been receptive, flexible, responsive, and professional in all of our transactions. Through his diligence, we have been able to obtain new SCBA, updated ventilation fans, and some other essential equipment.

I know far too often, customers contact you to complain about service or delays. I wanted to express my appreciation for your staff, especially Collin as he has helped our department, and me as the Deputy Chief / purchasing agent tremendously. We will be sure to use FF1 for our future purchases, and I hope to bring Collin and FF1 to my other agencies that I serve and lead.
